What personal data we keep
Other than the information we collect when subscribing to our newsletter (first name, last name, email address, (optional) company name) we do not keep any personal data.
When using the booking links to third party websites you are being transferred to a hotel's own website or another third party booking site, like online travel agents which may have other privacy terms and conditions in place. We urge you to check the terms and conditions of the respective website you book on. Hotel websites and online travel agents websites dealing with EU customers are complied to the EU GDPR of May 25, 2018.
If you make a booking with any of the sites, no personal data is being transferred back to DNA Hotels. We receive a confirmation (or cancellation) of the date booking being made, check-in date, length of stay, name of accomodation, country of origin of the booker, language and device being used, and travel purpose. No personal data is trackable by DNA Hotels.
In you are subscribed to our newsletter we collect first name, last name, email address and (optional) company name. If you wish to unsubscribe you can do so any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of the newsletter or by writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Finally, we never share and/or sell your data to other parties than those of the bookhotels.direct Group: Affiliotel, charmhotelsweb, chielnobels.com and DNA Hotels.
We do not share user information with Google Analytics beyond the scope of functional cookies (and therefore this website does not show a cookie pop-up). Your IP address is concealed, a Google Ads Data Processing Terms is in place and no data are shared for additional Google (advertising) services. All data are being deleted after 26 months.
