The Williamsburg Hotel
Encased in brick, glass, and Corten steel, the stylish Williamsburg Hotel is located in North Brooklyn, in the Williamsburg neighborhood, and in close proximity to many dining and shopping options. The hotel is located right across the river from Manhattan (offering some fabulous views), one Subway stop away from East Village.
Featuring custom furnishings, each room includes floor-to-ceiling windows (many with balcony) and oak floors with a design scheme varying from whitewashed timber walls to deeply distressed gray finishes. Marble and brass bathrooms feature fixtures by Waterworks.
The hotel's signature restaurant, run by Chef Kevin Chun, is distinguished by the use of freshly-milled grain for breads and a vegetable-focused menu. There are three bars, an al fresco pop-up eatery, plus a rooftop pool. An installation from street artist Eric Rieger, comprised of several thousand strands of multicolored yarn crowns the lobby bar.
