Located on the Biscayne Corridor (US State Road 1), the boutique hotel The Vagabond is set in an original, iconic motel. In 1953, it quickly gained a reputation as a fabled hangout for Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Jr. and the rest of the Rat Pack, who would frequently hobnob with showgirls and perform impromptu renditions on the lounge stage.
Spacious, casual chic rooms are situated along exterior hallways and overlook the landscaped courtyard and swimming pool with its restored tile artwork. Rooms feature unique wall art, bright colours, and terrazzo or hardwood floors and include a flat-screen TV, a radio and a private bathroom. Selected rooms have minibars and coffee making facilities.
The hotel has a fitness centre, pool cocktail bar and restaurant serving world cuisine.
