The first hotel by Corbin & King, the well-known London restaurateurs behind The Wolseley, The Ivy, The Delaunay and other leading restaurants. Located in the heart of Mayfair, The Beaumont occupies a historic Art Deco building -a former garage- from 1926. Grand in style, yet intimate in feel, it is a very personal hotel in the classic tradition, conceived and designed by the operators themselves and focused on comfort, service and hospitality.
Accommodations at The Beaumont Hotel include state-of-the-art technology, original artworks and of-the-period antiques, luxurious amenities, mosaic marble bathrooms with underfloor heating, complimentary soft drinks and snacks minibar and spacious dressing rooms. The hotel's designers wanted to keep the period feel of the building in the guestrooms, so they sought out period furniture, shagreen detailing and custom textiles. For the Presidential Suite, they wanted a more specific design narrative, so they harked back to the ultra-luxurious ocean liners of the Art Deco era. Handcrafted rugs and period images flesh out the scheme.
British sculptor Antony Gormley was commissioned to create a piece of public art for the hotel. ROOM is a modular piece made of stainless steel and fumed oak, which forms one of the hotel's suites and juts out from the front of the hotel.
The luxury hotel features all-day dining at the Colony Grill Room, a cocktail bar and a residents’-only library lounge and bar. The hotel also has a spa and a 24-hour fitness center.
