Dream Downtown is a hip hotel set in an iconic building with a sloped façade clad in stainless steel tiles, another in perforated stainless steel layers and all featuring porthole windows. At the heart of a hotel is a year-round pool deck with beach which is adults-only after noon, going from sun deck to nightclub over the course of the day.

Fitted with designer furnishings rooms come with Egyptian cotton bedding, plush bathrobes and Samsung 40 inch flat screen TVs. They boast spectacular views of either the NYC skyline or the pool area. Certain suites have landscaped balconies with hot tubs and offer direct access to Dream Beach. The GuestHouse is an ultra luxurious two-story penthouse suite with a spacious garden terrace glass-bottom jacuzzi and a Savant home automation system.

Restaurant's include an outpost of London’s popular Bodega Negra for cocktails and contemporary Mexican cuisine, and the Cherry restaurant for Japanese food with a French accent. Nightlife include the PH-D penthouse lounge/club and The Electric Room. Loaner bikes.
