The Marlin is a retro-style boutique hotel, originally built in 1939 by L. Murray Dixon, one of the principal architects of Tropical Art Deco style. Its impressive interior and façade make it an Art Deco masterpiece and one of South Beach's landmarks. The hotel is perched just one block from the beach.

The Marlin Hotel consists of just 14 remodeled, air condioned rooms offering unique in-room amenities in a spacious whimsy design with quality bedding, linens and remote-control balck-out curtains. Room facilities include a 60" flat-screen TV, (laptop) safe, Nespresso machine, fully stocked minibar and an iPad that controls lighting, audio, and entertainment systems.
