The Marlin is a retro-style boutique hotel, originally built in 1939 by L. Murray Dixon, one of the principal architects of Tropical Art Deco style. Its impressive interior and façade make it an Art Deco masterpiece and one of South Beach's landmarks. The hotel is perched just one block from the beach.
