Convent de la Missió
01. Old Town
Convent de la Missió is a luxury boutique hotel set in a beautifully reformed 17th-century seminary with luxurious, calm interiors and an excellent restaurant, tucked away down an atmospheric laneway in Palma's old town. Interiors make the most of the space and light and the building's original features, such as the vaulted ceilings, are retained.
Rooms are decorated in a pure, minimalist style, with pale oak flooring and exposed beams and feature chic bathrooms. Room facilities include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, a safe and a Nespresso machine. Room service is available.
The sleek restaurant Simply Fosh is by Chef Marc Fosh, considered one of the best chefs in Spain while the atmospheric Art Bar is a perfect place to unwind with a cocktail by night. Other facilities include a Zen-inspired roof terrace with a plunge pool, and a whirl pool and sauna down in the old crypt. An art gallery features ceramic and photo exhibitions. 24-hour front desk.
